Problem upgrading TOP Server

We have downloaded the latest upgrade, but on two of our installations it fails to install. The Third installation installed OK
the error we get is:
An error {- 5006: 0x80004005} has occurred

This error typically occurs on machines that have Terminal Services enabled, where you are running a compressed setup that is not named setup.exe. The error occurs because the operating system fails to return the correct Fonts system folder, which causes setup.exe to throw an exception during initialization.
You can try the following things to resolve this problem.

Rename the compressed single exe to setup.exe and run the installation again.
Disable Terminal Services on the machine and re-run the installation.
Run the install from Add/Remove Programs, rather then launching the installation directly.
