Upgrading to Symbol Factory Universal 3.1 from an older version

Due to cybersecurity improvements made in v3.1.0.1 of Symbol Factory Universal, upgrading from an older version will require reactivation of your software license. 
In order to do so, please submit a re-registration request to the Software Toolbox support team here. Please have your current serial number available and put "upgrade" in the notes when requesting the re-registration. A ticket will be automatically generated for you, where a support team member will confirm when the license is freed up for registration again.
 
Once the license is reset by our support team, you can re-register it here to activate the upgraded installation.
 

Note: it is a violation of the product EULA to use this process to obtain a license for a different computer. If you need to run the application on a separate computer you will need to purchase another license. If you need to transfer your license to a new machine, please contact support before starting your re-registration request.
