InTouch to iFix communications

I read the technote about InTouch Client Driver TOP Server and seems that I can read tags from InTouch into iFIX, but not the opposite (read data FROM iFIX into InTouch). Is this right?

To use the TOP Server's InTouch Client driver to connect InTouch and iFIX for information passing:

Start by bringing in all the InTouch tags through configuration of the TOP Servers InTouch Client driver. This gives you a "link" to all the InTouch tags. These will be read or can be written to. iFIX will need to be set up to write to the InTouch tags you want to use as holders of the iFIX information. Using this driver makes this relatively easy as iFIX can talk to the TOP Server as and OPC Server and simply write to these tags that are configured.
