Can I develop with a Demo and use the DPD file in Production?

With the new version 2.5 of OmniServer can a customer still create DPD files in demo mode of OmniServer and update it in a running Runtime or do they require a development version?

There are no separate "runtime" and "development" versions, so it is possible to develop in the Demo mode and install that protocol in a Production version. You just need to make sure that they have the same version in the field.
