CompactLogix over DF1

We have replaced an SLC with a CompactLogix and are using a remote radio connection.  Is there a way to communicate this this using the TOP Server?

Attached is a word document that shows a change you can make in the CompactLogix that will get this working for you.

Serial Connections to the CompactLogix can only be done using the DF1 driver and having the Unit configured as an SLC or PLC5. CIP communication via serial are not possible using the TOP Server at this time. These would be extremely slow even if it were possible.

Making a change to the driver to make this possible is very extensive which is why it has not been done to date.
