DF1 Comm Issues

We are experiencing a checksum error when we pull N7:0 – N7:100 with RTS Line settings 40,160,0. The communication path is TOP Server DF1 ⇒ Comm 3 (Rocket Port) ⇒ two Motorola 202T modems (1200 Baud) ⇒ AB PLC 5/04. The rocket port is configured as a serial port and is communicating fine.

Half Duplex is best for a PLC 5. SLCs and MicroLogix should be able to do what is called Radio Modem protocol which is even better. The Port on the PLC has to be configured to this protocol for it to work.
