Unable to locate Driver Image Table

When attempting to add/change a tag within the iFIX database manager using the IDS driver I get the following error: "Unable to locate Driver Image Table." I have tried reinstalling TOP Server and that did not work. I am currently using the demo version, could this be an issue? Please let me know if there are additional steps to be taken.

iFix should have a "PDB" subfolder and you need to create a blank file called FIX.ids and stick it under there. Just create a blank Notepad document, but save it as FIX.ids and then everything should work. 

Added the file NN.ids under the PDB directory of my project's folder where NN is the SCADA node name and it seems fine now.
