SQL Server: OPC Data Logger does not log to the table anymore

I configured OPC Data Logger to log data to my SQL Database table, and it created the table successfully. I went back into the configuration and then specified the existing table, but no data is logged to the table.

1288 - ItemFieldMappings

Once a data table has been created, OPC Data Logger may not map to the table as expected or log data at all. A user should configure the item to field mappings so that data will log to the appropriate columns/tables. Using the Item to Field Mappings in the Data Storage properties, the database fields and attributes of the items can be associated.
