Does an event poll send back data that changed for ALL Class 1, 2, 3 data regardless of the unsolicited filter setting?

Unsolicited filtering has no effect on the Event Poll, which will return unreported event data in classes 1, 2, & 3 (provided a slave device buffer overflow has not occurred).
