I receive an "Changing this property at runtime is not supported" error in SpecView

When I try to drop a Symbol Factory ActiveX component onto my SpecView32 form, I receive the error "Changing this property at runtime is not supported by your license for this product". How can I fix this?

This is a known problem with certain versions of SpecView32 older than Build 835. Specifically, according to the release notes for SpecView32:

"Build 835: Fixed: ActiveX Design Mode was not working, consequently Symbol Factory controls could not be edited properly."
