Using 24-Hour Format in Text File Spanning File Name

Is there any way we can have a 24-hour time format in the file spanning name?

The drop down field will allow you to enter any Microsoft supported format.  

I.e.
dd_MM_yyyy_HH_mm_ss 

This would yield "Filename_19_06_2009_15_53_15.txt" if a span event occurred on June 6th 2009 at 3:53:15 PM.  Simply specify "HH" for the hour position to use 24-hour format ("hh" is used for 12-hour format).

As long as no additional changes are made to the data store, the updated format will be used.
