OPC Data Logger warning message. The OPC Server (ProgID) is reporting it's last update time but the time is not changing

I am seeing a warning message in the OPC Data Logger, but everything seems to be logging fine.  It says the OPC Server is reporting it's last update time but that the time is not changing.

This warning is being made to meet OPC Compliance standards.  It just means we are receiving a message for a tag, but there is no change.  This warning can be turned off if needed.

Open the properties of the Data Collector for the OPC Server shown in the warning.  Go to the Advanced Settings (Extended Properties tab) and Disable the Time Warnings to True.  Then save the configuration. Restart the runtime and then the warning message will no longer display.
