How do I copy a file to Iconics GraphWorx32 without the background?

If I bring the symbol as a .bmp file the background is included. When I do a print screen it's hard to match the background color of my GraphWorx32 display with the background color of the symbol.

Yes, you can copy the symbol from Symbol Factory without the background. Choose the symbol you want in Symbol Factory - click on 'Edit' on the menu bar at the top. Click 'Copy as Picture (wmf) Only'. Now switch to GraphWorx32 and click 'Edit' on the menu bar at the top. Click 'Paste' and the symbol is copied into GraphWorx32 without the background.
