Trident PLC unable to write

I am unable to write to the Trident.  I am able to read data and have verified that these are read/write addresses in the PLC.   I get device not responding errors when I try the writes only.

The trident PLC must be in remote mode to allow tags to be written to. After putting the PLC in remote mode, I was able to write data with no problem.
