Can the TOP Server run on a particular NIC card?

Yes! When you are defining your Channel in the TOP Server, you are given the option to select which Network adapter you want to use. Simple select the NIC card you want to use from the drop down menu. You can also change this setting on the run by writing to the _NetworkAdapter system tag.
