Can I use TOP Server with a serial to Ethernet converter?

Can TOP Server be configured to connect with Ethernet to a serial device using a Serial to Ethernet converter?

TOP Server has built-in support for many serial devices to allow you to connect over Ethernet via a serial to Ethernet converter. This is called Ethernet Encapsulation mode.

When creating a new Channel, on the Communications page under Connection type, change the Physical medium to Ethernet Encap.
