Can TOP Server switch between redundant networks or serial lines?

Yes! TOP Server System Tags allow you to dynamically switch between available networks, or COM ports. To switch between Ethernet networks, you can write out to the _NetworkAdapater Channel level System Tag. You can check the available network adapters by accessing the _AvailableNetworkAdapters tag.

For serial lines, you can switch between configured COM ports by writing to the Channel level System tag called _ComID.
