How can I monitor how many tags are being requested from my Client application?

How can I tell from my client application how many tags are being requested in the TOP Server?

The TOP Server creates a system level System Tag called _ActiveTagCount that you can monitor from your client application to monitor how many tags are currently being accessed by the client application.
