Can I set TOP Server to open in Configuration Mode and not Runtime mode?

When I launch TOP Server, it automatically connects to the Runtime. I want it to open in Configuration mode and only connect to Runtime when I tell it to. Can I do this?

Yes! You can configure TOP Server so that it does not automatically start the Runtime.

  1. Open TOP Server user interface
  2. Go to Tools ⇒ Options
  3. In the Options window, uncheck the box that says Immediately attempt to establish a runtime connection on start
  4. Click Apply.
