TOP Server V5.4.131 - Known Issue - Service State Not Respected on Install
Prior to installing V5.4.131, my TOP Server is running in Interactive Mode. After installing TOP Server V5.4.131, my service state is now configured for Service Mode.
There is a known issue introduced in TOP Server V5.4.131 where the service state is not being respected when installing on a TOP Server machine configured for Interactive Mode. As such, your TOP Server will be set to run in Service mode when installing this version.
Check the TOP Server website for the current version, as we will post an updated version for download with a fix for this issue as soon as one is available.
If you had TOP Server set for Interactive Mode because you were making DDE connections to TOP Server or were using the InTouch Client Driver, you will want to right-click on the TOP Server Admin icon in the system tray, select "Settings" and, in Runtime Process settings, change this mode back to Interactive mode to workaround this issue until a corrected version is available for download.
