Are Advanced Tags values retained across a restart of the TOP Server?

When TOP Server restarts, if I have Advanced Tags configured, what happens to the current average, min, max values?

Values are not retained in Advanced Tags across a restart of the server. Upon restart, new averages, mins, maxes will be calculated based on current data.
