TOP Server Administration Icon Error - "Invalid or missing user information"

When my system starts up, TOP Server Administration icon normally starts automatically in the system tray. However, it now reports an error and won't start even if I try to start it manually. The error message is "Invalid or Missing user information". It has been operating OK until now.
