"Unable to enable redundancy for the selected server" Error with TOP Server v5
I get the following error message when enabling redundancy using Redundancy Master with TOP Server v5.x. How do I resolve this error?
"Unable to enable redundancy for the selected server. Please make sure you are logged on with permissions to modify the system registry"
This is a known error and occurs because of missing registry entries.
Below are the registry entries that need to be added to resolve the error. Rename the .txt file to .reg and then run the file. This will add the needed registry entries for Redundancy Master to function correctly with TOP Server v5.x.
You can change the v5.4 description to the exact version of TOP Server you are using. This is optional because it is simply a description and does not affect OPC connectivity.
