Using Applicom TSX-Premium Addressing with TOP Server Modbus Suite

How can I use the Applicom TSX Premium style addressing of %MW, %MW, %DW, and %FW with the TOP Server Modbus Suite?

Starting with TOP Server V5.6.122, the TOP Server Modbus TCP/IP Ethernet driver now supports Applicom addressing syntax.

Just select the "Applicom" as the Device Model and then select the appropriate Sub-Model that corresponds to your physical device (Generic Modbus, TSX Premium, TSX Quantum).  For full details of using the Applicom device model, please reference the Modbus TCP/IP Ethernet driver help file installed with TOP Server.

For users of TOP Server versions older than V5.6.122:

If you must continue using an older version, there are some simple steps that can be used to make any TOP Server Modbus Suite driver support the Applicom scheme NOW.
