Cannot create SLIK-DA UA server certificate

SLIK-DA 5 w/ UA is being used to create an OPC UA server. The connection from the UA client is occurring but the certificate exchange is failing. The Windows Certificate Store is being used to store the certificates. However, the server's certificate cannot be located within the location it was created. No error messages are received.

What is causing the behavior?

When using the Windows Certificate Store as the store location for UA security certificates, it is necessary to have administrative privileges on the machine in order to properly create the certificate. No error is generated when attempting to create the certificate- it simply will not be created in the Certificate Store location specified.

To resolve this issue, use an account that has administrative privileges.
