OmniServer - Windows Event 33 Error Message for osrvstrt.exe process

We are receiving the following error in the Windows Application Log:

What does this error mean and what effect does it have on my OmniServer communications?

Event ID 33 pertains only to versioning conflicts between osrvstrt.exe and the side by side application it is referencing and does NOT affect the application functionality. This error will be resolved in OmniServer V2.8 (August 2012).
