TCP Keep Alive setting in TOP Server DNP3 Client Ethernet driver

There is a TCP keep-alive but TOP Server does not control it, the Operating System does.

The Keep-Alive Interval property on the DNP3 Client Ethernet driver Device Communications property page is a DNP keep-alive, not the TCP keep-alive. The wizard text refers to it as the TCP keep-alive interval because this keep-alive function is only available if the channel protocol is TCP. This DNP keep-alive is not available when the channel protocol is UDP and it is not available in the DNP Client Serial driver.
