Error: Expecting ACTIVATION, but received request of type: RETURN

This error appears when trying to REGISTER a license, but a "transfer_request.txt" is uploaded instead of an "activation_request.txt".

Your "activation_request.txt" can be generated from your License Utility:

1. Go to License Utility ⇒ Manage Software Licenses ⇒ Activate a Product ⇒ Enter your Activation ID and Save to File. (We recommend saving this "activation_request.txt" on your desktop, so you can easily find it when uploading it online)
2. Next, go to http://registration.softwaretoolbox.com ⇒ Click on Register Now ⇒ Select the Product you are trying to register
3. The online registration has 4 steps:
   • Enter your Information
   • Enter your Serial Number and click Get Activation ID and select your Permanent Activation ID
   • Browse for the "activation_request.txt"
   • Verify & Confirm your Information, and click Register
4. Now, click Download File (save this file where you can easily find it, please remember that this is the "response file" from our website to be uploaded into the License Utility to finish activating the product.)
5. Back in the License Utility, click Import File (upload the "response file") and close.

Activation is now complete
