Error: Cannot perform support actions on inactive fulfillment record
The error appears when you are trying to upload a Transfer Request file that has already been processed in our system.
You can attempt to Register your TOP Server license online using the steps below.
- Go to License Utility> Manage Software Licenses > Activate a Product > Enter your Activation ID and Save to File. (We recommend saving this "activation_request.txt" on your desktop, so you can easily find it when uploading it online)
- Next, go to https://registration.softwaretoolbox.com/ > Click on Register Now > Select TOP Server Version 5
- The online registration has 4 steps:
1of 4 Enter your Information
2 of 4 Enter your Serial Number and click Get Activation ID and select your Permanent Activation ID
3 of 4 Browse for the "activation_request.txt"
4 of 4 Verify & Confirm your Information, and click Register - Now, click Download File (save this file where you can easily find it, please remember that this is the "response file" from our website to be uploaded into the License Utility to finish activating the product.
- Back in the License Utility, click Import File (upload the "response file") and close.
Activation is now completed
