ICSA-13-234-02 - ICS-CERT Advisory for TOP Server DNP3 Client Suite Drivers Only (NIST Reference CVE-2013-2804)
Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team (ICS-CERT) has identified a vulerability discovered in the DNP3 drivers only for TOP Server V5.11.250.0 and earlier. How does this affect me?
As of June 18, 2013, the DNP3 Client drivers for TOP Server V5.12.140.0 and newer have been updated to resolve this vulnerability. This vulnerability would only affect users specifically using the DNP3 Client Ethernet or Serial drivers for communications.

All users of TOP Server V5.11.250.0 or previous who actively use either of the DNP3 Client drivers and who maintain an active support/maintenance agreement are encouraged to upgrade to the latest version (V5.12.142.0) available for download at the following site:
