Receiving Error "You don't have the privilege to access this option" on Windows 8 or Server 2012

When I try to access Help ⇒ Registration Code or View ⇒ Runtime Options, an error is generated indicating I don't have privileges to access these options.  How can I access these menu options?

On Windows 8 or Server 2012 operating systems (32 or 64-bit), it is necessary to run the OmniServer Configuration window as an administrator.

To launch the OmniServer Configuration window, first right-click on the icon for OmniServer Configuration and select the option for "Run as Administrator".

You should now be able to access both Help ⇒ Registration Code and View ⇒ Runtime Options with no privilege issues.
