Online registration Center Error processed during activation: 7097:Incorrect request. Expecting ACTIVATION, but received request of type:RETURN

This error is caused when a Transfer Request File is loaded instead of a Request File

I am trying to move my license to an other PC and get this error:

Online Registration Error
The following registration request was received at [time], but failed to complete.
Reason for failure was: Error calling ActivateSoftwareLicense: Error processed during activation: 7097:Incorrect request. Expecting ACTIVATION, but received request of type:RETURN [Incident# xxxxx-xxxxx]

The Transfer Request File is use when returning a license, so you can use it on an other PC. Sometimes, when trying to move a license from one PC to a second, the wrong file is uploaded to the website by mistake. If you are trying to activate your license on a new PC after you have transferred it back to us, make sure you create a new request file on the new PC and use that to license it.
