  • Added the capability to fire OnDataChange() events whenever there is a change in the Timestamp, even though the Value and Quality remain the same.

  • Resolved the issue of incorrect Timestamp for high update rates (10ms).
  • Determined that the maximum update rate supported is 10ms. If the update rate is set to be faster than 10ms, it will default to 10ms instead.

  • Fixed the issue where the registration wizard prevented people from entering blank fields for Part Number and Serial Number but it allowed the user to enter only spaces
  • Resolved the issue of For Each with ISLIKTag objects in SLIKTags causing memory leaks
  • Fixed the problem of the Installer crashing while configuring SLIK-DA ActiveX in Visual studio if the  version is not installed in the machine
  • Fixed the issue where the Uninstalled version of Visual Studio version was displayed as check box  option if the version is not installed in the machine
  • Addressed an issue where “No. of Clients Connected" Textbox was not working when any UA  client is connected/disconnected with SLIK-DA server
  • Registration Wizard was modified to display error message when internet access is not there while doing license activation through internet

5.0.0.9 – Jan 29, 2015

  • Addressed SetVQT Timestamp Inconsistency. The SetVQT() previously set the timestamp for the tag 1 second earlier than the actual value that was passed in the function. This has been fixed.

5.0.0.8 – Sept 23, 2014

  • Changed the location for the Installer common files folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Software Toolbox\SLIK-DA5). Previously the common files folder did not get updated with the latest binaries during an upgrade. Problem with Merge Module was fixed by updating instance with new Merge Module.

  • Corrected an issue where defining a custom property to a tag caused the SLIK-DA server to crash if the OPC client calls IOPCItemProperties:: LookupItemIDs.

  • Resolved an issue with BrowseAccessPaths() returning the wrong value (S_FALSE). It should return E_NOTIMPL because SLIK-DA does not support access path.

5.0.0.3 – Nov 9, 2012

  • Added a new feature of SetTagPopertyValue(). The code has been modified to support recommended property index 100-107.
  • Error in registering the Application/Toolkit URI. The problem was with the AddNodeManager function call in the application space that was registering the Server URI instead of the Application/Toolkit URI.
