0x80004005 is an unspecified error. However, 0xc0040007 means that; the item ID is not defined in the server address space or no longer exists in the server address space. This could be that the Item that you are attempting to log no longer exists as a tag or item in the OPC Server.

To resolve this error, re-import tags from server or remove tags that may have been removed or renamed.
