Adding more CPU cores to speed up WebView

Most of the execution times that you see will not improve by adding more CPU cores because they are forced by the Silverlight engine to run in the Silverlight GUI thread. The best improvement would come from raising the clock rate of the cores. You will see noticeable improvement moving from 1 to 2 cores, and a little more moving from 2 cores to 4. Beyond that, there won't be much improvement.
