Blank OPC Data Client help file for version 5.34.205.1

When I open up the help file that you are able to download in version 5.34.205.1 I can see all of the options in the tree view but nothing appears on the right.

Some documents are in Microsoft compiled HTML help (CHM) format. If you click on them, and you see the contents in the left pane, but the right pane of the window only contains "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" or a similar message, or is blank, please save the file to your computer first, before opening it. If the problem persists, right-click on the file, select Properties command, press the Unlock button on the General tab, and then press OK.
