TOP Server Communicating with Allen-Bradley PowerFlex Device
Does TOP Server support communications with a Allen-Bradley PowerFlex Device? I did not see it listed under a list of supported device.
The TOP Server does support communications to Rockwell PowerFlex devices, as these share similar addressing structures to other Rockwell PLCs.
In TOP Server use the ControlLogix Ethernet Driver, with a MicroLogix 1100 Device model.
The PowerFlex device will often have attributes/parameters mapped to specific N-Files. These N-Files have been known to be in the N45:0 - N45:35 range for some PowerFlex devices, but please refer to the User Manual from Rockwell for your specific model type for confirmation.
