Unable to register dll error. HRESULT -2147220473

I'm trying to register my SLIK-DA application but I keep getting the error "Unable to register C:\Program Files\Common Files\Software Toolbox\SLIK-DA5\NDISLIKDA5.dll HRESULT -2147220473. Contact Support."

I've been able to run this successfully on Windows 7 and Windows 8 but not Windows XP.

The SLIK-DA ActiveX component needs C++ redistributables to be installed on the target computer before the application can successfully run. If you are seeing this error, please install the appropriate files.
