TOP Server ODBC Client Driver Fails to Auto-generate Tags from my SQL Database

I receive the following error in my TOP Server event  log:

Error   ODBC Client    Failed to automatically generate tags for device '<device_name>'.

The TOP Server ODBC Driver requires that you be able to access the table within your database.  During the SQL Server DSN configuration, there is an option to specify the default database.  If this is unspecified, you will not be able to connect to the table within your database or generate the tag list within the TOP Server.
