Updating a Data Point on Tunnel Connection Loss

Is it possible to monitor the connection status of a tunnel and write that to a local data point?

The sample script below demonstrates how a connection within DataHub is monitored and the state is written to the TunnelStatusTest and TunnelStatusTest2 tags.
