OmniServer 3.0 Duplicate Topics

I am noticing that when I go to rename a topic in OmniServer 3.0.0 it will create a duplicate Topic with the new name rather than changing the existing one. Is this expected behavior?

There is a known issue in OmniServer 3.0.0 where this could occur. It was resolved in build 3.0.112 - please download the latest version of the OmniServer to resolve this issue.
