"Error reading date and time, history record will not be logged" with BARTON Flowmeter and Enron Modbus Driver

I am connecting to a BARTON Flowmeter using the TOP Server Enron Modbus driver and am getting the following error:

"Error reading date and time, history record will not be logged."

None of my history records are being logged, how can I fix this problem?

The Daily and Hourly Archive EFM Pointer registers will likely need to be changed from the default values they are set to with the TOP Server Enron Modbus driver. Open the EFM Meter configuration that you are collecting EFM Data from. Where you find these settings will depend on which version of the TOP Server you are using:

TOP Server v5.x: Right click on your device and open the device properties. Navigate to the EFM Meters Section
TOP Server v6.x: Expand the EFM(Meters) folder in the TOP Server project tree view, and double-click the meter for which you want to change the settings.

The hourly and daily Archive registers are set to 701 and 702 by default, and will need to be reversed to 702 and 701.
