OPC Data Client Licensing Instructions

After purchasing a license, you should receive an email from our orders department with a license file attached.

You will then need to do the following:

1. Open the License Manager (accessible from the start menu at "Start | All Programs | Software Toolbox OPC Data Client") by right-clicking it and choosing the "Run as administrator" option
2. Click the "Install license..." button (if you didn't open the License Manager with admin privileges, it will ask you to do so here)
3. In the window that opens, browse to your license file, select it, and click "Open"
4. The license should appear in the License Manager
