"Max. sequence number of 0 reported from device" with ABB Totalflow

Whenever the EFM Exporter attempts to do an EFM Poll of my ABB Totalflow device the TOP Server event log reports a "Max. sequence number of 0 reported from device. Aborting hourly poll" error, and the error is repeated for the daily polls as well.

The channel diagnostics indicate that the TOP Server is successfully polling the device.

This error and behavior is characteristic of polling a Totalflow meter that is using the DB1 protocol, while the TOP Server has been configured to use DB2.

The issue can be corrected by changing the protocol settings within the TOP Server device properties to DB1. The meter will need to re-polled after the change is made.
