DB1 flow_time value returned is outside of expected range with my ABB Totalflow meter

The TOP Server is being used to extract historic/EFM data from an older ABB Totalflow meter, and the flow_time column in the EFM Export files is far outside of the expected range.  The value is not expected exceed 60 minutes of flow in the hour, but the flow_time value returned is approximately 7.5 million minutes.

What can be done to fix this issue?

This is a known bug in the TOP Server ABB Totalflow driver that was fixed in version 6.5, and for which a patch exists in version 6.4.

DB1 does not report a flow_time, so the value must be calculated based on other parameters reported by the meter.  This calculation is not being done correctly in TOP Server versions prior to 6.5; resulting in the out-of-range flow_time value.
