OPC Data Logger Unhandled Error During Startup

In OPC Data Logger 3.6.0.7 and older, if a custom installation is performed and the OPC UA interface is not selected to be installed, then the OPC Data Logger will be unable to locate the OPC UA dlls and start the runtime, and the following error is thrown on the first start-up of OPC Data Logger:

Could not load file or assembly 'Opc.Ua.Core, Version=1.3.340.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Performing a full installation of the OPC Data Logger to include the OPC UA interface will allow the OPC Data Logger to start as expected.
