Permissions Issues when accessing the TOP Server 6.7 Configuration
This error indicates that the user account attempting to access the TOP Server configuration does not have adequate permissions to access the TOP Server Working directory.
The TOP Server 6.7 configuration no longer launches and indicates the the launching user does not have permissions to access the configuration. Does TOP Server have to be run as administrator? How can the current user account open the configuration?
Verify that the launching user has permissions to read/write to the C:\ProgramData\Software Toolbox\ directory (and all sub directories) and relaunch the TOP Server configuration application.
