Database Archiving Feature Removed from Dream Report Version 5.0 R19-3

The Database Archiving feature has been removed from Dream Report because projects with large internal logging databases faced side-effects, such as database locks, which negatively impacted the running projects.

Most database platforms have their own backup and archiving mechanisms, so using that, paired with the Enable limit database by period (days) setting in the Database Definition of Dream Report is the recommended alternative. See below:
