Patch to Resolve Incorrect Values or Inaccessible Addresses with AutomationDirect DirectNet Serial in TOP Server V6.10.623.0

I've installed TOP Server V6.10.623.0 using the AutomationDirect DirectNet Serial driver and some of my addresses return incorrect values and/or return bad quality and no value. How can I resolve this issue?

There is a known issue with the AutomationDirect DirectNet Serial driver that affects only V6.10.623.0. There is a problem with how data sent and received with DirectNet PLCs is formatted, resulting in some addresses not working at all and some addresses returning incorrect values. This issue will be resolved in the TOP Server V6.11 release. Until that time, a patch is available that corrects this behavior (or, if you'd prefer, you can roll back to any version prior to V6.10.623.0 ).
