CVE-2021-44228 log4j Vulnerability - Software Toolbox products NOT Affected

The CISA CVE-2021-44228 vulnerability alert, also known as the log4j vulnerability, affects systems that use the Apache open source webserver. CISA has published a dedicated advisory page around this alert due to it's severity.

Software Toolbox has worked with it's developer partners and internal engineering teams and determined that currently supported versions of Software Toolbox's products are NOT AFFECTED by the log4j vulnerability.

 

We strongly recommend that users have an active support & maintenance agreement for their industrial control software and keep their systems on current versions, in keeping with their company's cybersecurity standards and NIST and other global cybersecurity best practices. Current versions of Software Toolbox Products are available from our products website

Also, Software Toolbox's IT & Cybersecurity team have evaluated and continue to monitor our IT assets to insure security and operational update.
